Mr. Manchikanti leads yoga classes, he received his yoga teacher certification in Rishikesh, India. He conducts various yoga classes including Hatha yoga and Jain yoga. He has been practicing yoga for the last 25 years. He also emphasizes alternative methods/practices that contribute to a healthy life style, such as Qi-gong, Vision improvement workshops, nephropathy practices, breathing techniques, body movement for self-healing, and essential oils for healing.
The class motto is 'one abdominal breath at a time'.
